Do I need to install anything?
No. LIVE runs in your browser. You sign in with your email and password from any computer, tablet or phone with internet access.
What happens when the 14 days are over?
The account stops allowing operations until you choose a plan. You can still sign in and see everything you entered. As soon as you pay, it works again right away.
Do I lose my data if I do not continue?
No. Ending the trial does not delete anything. Your patients, records and appointments stay there and are available again as soon as you activate a plan.
Which countries do you serve?
We offer the service and support in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, the United States and the European Union, with dedicated legal terms for each country or region. Native e-invoicing is currently available only in Ecuador.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in and no automatic charges: to cancel, simply do not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrading enables the new features. Downgrading never deletes information: if you exceed the new plan limits, you cannot create additional records, but you keep the existing ones.
Are my data and my patients' data protected?
Each account is isolated, access is encrypted in transit and controlled by roles and permissions. Your data is yours: we do not sell it or use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence.
Can I add more doctors?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users and you can upgrade when you need more. Each person signs in with their own access and sees only what their role allows.
Can I import my patients?
Yes, from an Excel or CSV file. If your list comes from another system, write to us during the trial and we will help you prepare it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The interface adapts to your screen, so you can check your schedule or a medical record from your phone without installing an app.
What if I cannot pay one month?
You keep access for 3 days. After that the account is suspended: you can sign in, see your information and pay to reactivate it. Nothing is deleted.
