LIVE, its logo, symbol and the “Gestión clínica” descriptor, as well as JIVSoft, are trademarks of JIVSoft S.A.. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among the public, or in any manner that disparages the brand. Third-party trademarks that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners.

License and site access

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site for informational purposes. This license does not include any resale, copying or commercial exploitation of the site, the creation of derivative works, or the use of robots, scraping or other data extraction tools, except for indexing by search engines in accordance with the site’s robots.txt file.

You may not frame the site or use our trademarks in meta tags, keywords or hidden text without our written authorization. You may link to the home page, provided that the link is not false, misleading or derogatory and that you do not use our logos without permission.

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates this license.

Content you submit to us

You may send us inquiries, comments and suggestions, provided they are not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy or infringing of third-party rights, and do not contain viruses, unsolicited advertising or spam. You may not use a false email address or impersonate any person.

Do not submit patient health data through the site’s forms or email: the public site is not a clinical channel.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the service, without any obligation to compensate you.

Copyright or trademark infringement claims

• If you believe that any content on the site infringes your rights, write to support@jivsoft.com with the subject line “Intellectual property claim” and include:
• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person acting on behalf of the owner.
• Identification of the work or trademark you claim has been infringed.

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR VISIT TO OR USE OF THE SITE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT FOR THOSE WHO SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICE. Information on the site about features, pricing or regulations is general and subject to change; it does not constitute legal, tax or medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Disputes relating to your visit to the site shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and disputes section of the Customer Agreement, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights granted to you by the laws of your country.

Changes, severability and contact

We may modify the site, its policies and these terms at any time; the version in effect is the one published with its date. If any provision is held invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
